Denver Photography and Somatic Energy Work

I help women who are ready to step into their next level of visibility feel embodied, powerful, and authentically expressed. Through clearing what's in the way energetically, and capturing who they are becoming visually.

My work with the body, through photo, yoga and energy work, all stem from a deeply personal practice that has guided me through several transformations.

Photography was my first teacher in how to have a more exploratory, observational lens of my surroundings, mind and body. I first discovered Reiki as a young adult, while seeking relief from chronic ptsd symptoms. Then there's yoga, which helps bring me home, to body.
